This project was: (a) constructed under an agreement wi t h Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company acting as Trustee for a group of individuals which was dated June 25, 1953* (h) authorized by Las Vegas Land and Water Company W . 0. 733, dated May 1, 1953* (c) constructed by one of the parties to the Trusteeship under private contract: (d) was completed May 20, 1953. Location of facilities constructed is shown on attached print B-6l 6, dated April 24-, 1953. Under terms of above mentioned agreement CLD 11342, the cost of these projects will be added to the basic purchase price. This letter is sent yo u in duplicate.
