It is agreed that the property to he sold and conveyed to the District hereunder shall not include any water distribution mains or appurtenances including meters therein now owned by the Railroad Companies and used for the purpose of serving the properties of the Railroad Companies and the plant of the PACIFIC FRUIT EXPRESS COMPANY at Las Vegas, Nevada. The more important of said railroad distribution facilities are shown by red lines on map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit H" and made a part hereof. Portions of the transmission and distribution lines proposed to be sold to the District under this agreement are shown by green lines on said Exhibit "H". The points at which the said distribution lines of the Railroad Companies used to supply r ail­road facilities with water are connected wit h the transmission and distribution lines to be sold to the District are indicated by numbers 1 to 14, both inclusive, encircled by red line on said Exhibit "H".
