Woltiahek, A-6408?: Xs conversation with Mr. Woltiahek to­day, he requests that if possible the extension rider he made for a 5-yts&r term in order to allow him to amortize certain buildings he has on the property. Actually, either the 1—year extension or the 5-year extension is subject to cancellation on 30-day notice. However, I see no objection and if you concur will you please have the extension rider made for an additional 5-years instead of 1-year. A. M. Folger
