July 16, 1904. Mr.Walter R.Bracken, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir:- I have your favor of the 10th inst. and note you are daily receiving through the mails, communications as per those enclosed in your favor above referred to. When receiving these requests for information, I would advise that you give them any information you can relative to the conditions of the country around Las Vegas, climate, etc., but anything relative to the future movements of the railroad or any information relative to railroad matters, you can simply advise them that you are not posted on these matters.
