YTHIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as day 1LA* _, 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,” Party of the First Part, and BEL AIR DEVELOPMENT CO*, INC*, a Nevada corporation, whose address is Box 1069, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Bel Air Subdivision Tracts Nos* 1 and 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 70 of Plats, Clark County Recorder’s Office, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Publid Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT Ar t i c l e i * SDBDIVIDER AGREES: 1* At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor for the construction of, and to construct, in the locations shown by yellow and red lines on Exhibit "A," dated March 20, 1953, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated - 1 - A-//9
