Water Company’s Original "N"L*D. 2796 4 i AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of 1954, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,” Party of the First Part, and DESERT PAR^. INC., a Nevada Corporation, whose place of business is 600 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distribu­ting water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark Gounty, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Blocks 1 3, 4, and 5 of Desert Park Subdivision No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE, I.
