LAS VEGAS LAND AND "N"L.D. 2675 Railroadf s Original’ 106.93 A G R E E M E N T U THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the da-y of -- _______________ , 1953, by and between the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, herein­after called "Company,n Party of the First Part, and NATIONAL BUILDERS, INC,, a Nevada corporation, with place of business at 215 East Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 29 to 34, inclusive, Mayfair Tract No* 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 2, Page 47, of Plats, Clark County Recorder*s Office, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
