A, We were not aware of it when we went out. We made the flow tests on two separate mornings. One test was made on a Sunday morning. We couldn’t get as much water as our flow tests showed in 19^2. Then we found out that the booster pumps weren’t working. The next morning we endeavored to make the flow test again at 5*00 o’clock. We chose that time on account of the lack of traffic In those areas. We still didn’t get the water. The engineer and myself, in my car, went out to the reservoir to see why we didn’t have water, that had happened— the power had gone off. The man that operate® the plant didn't know his pumps were down wit 11 later. He was called—the pressure was dropping, so we went to his home and there was nobody there. We case back to the old reservoir and there was
