Bennett: Las Vegas Land and Water Company has been selling water to users at Yermo at a flat rate of $1*50 per month per connection, general speaking, although in some instances a rate of $2.50 or $3.00 per month is being charged, doubtless due to varying conditions* from the Railroad Company under contract calling for charge of 10^ per 1,000 gallons, the water being metered to the Land and Water Company.
