INSTRUMENT TRANSFERRING INTERESTS IN REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, .___________________________ a _____________ corporation, Grantor, this _____ day of .____ , 1953, by these presents, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, assign, transfer and convey unto the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, Grantee, (1) All easements, licenses, leases, contracts or permits pursuant to which the Grantor may now own the right to construct, maintain, operate or renew under, along, upon and across the lands of others any and all water pipe lines and their appurtenances now owned or operated by the Grantor for the purpose of distributing water as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, including but not limited to those created by the instruments referred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit "E-l" and made a part hereof, (2) All of the Certificates of Appropriation issued by the State Engineer of Nevada authorizing the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to appropriate water for municipal and domestic or for irrigation and domestic use referred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit "E-2" and made a part hereof, (3) All of the water production, storage and transmission equipment and facilities and all improvements of every kind and character now located in, upon, over or under the land conveyed by ______________________ Company, Grantor, to Grantee herein by that certain deed dated ____________________, said land being more particularly described in said deed and being approximately 507 acres of land in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, located in Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32 in T. 20 S„, R, 61 E., M. D, B, & M. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the said improvements include three natural springs and spring houses, 11 water wells, three settling basins, one concrete reservoir of 2,500,000-gallon capacity, one concrete reservoir of 1,200,000-gallon capacity, one 300,000-gallon, elevated steel storage tank, pipe lines connecting said springs and wells with settling basins and reservoirs, three pumping stations with pumps, machinery and equipment, power lines, transmission lines, EXHIBIT "E« -1-
