Scrapbook Committee, Final Report June 7, 2003 Soror Ethel Archibald
The 2003 Scrapbook Committee met on weekends for the month of March. The committee organized the yearly pictorial account of the chapter’s activities and accomplishments. The scrapbook was finished on March 30, 2003. The finished product was entered in the regional conference awards competition and 3rd prize was awarded. My sincere thanks to the Scrapbook Committee for many long hours of commitment to completing this project by the deadline. A special thanks to our charter member, Soror Barbara Kirkland for helping to proofread the final product.
The Committee recommendations are as follows:
    1.
Allow a budget for the cost of scrapbook materials of $100.
    2.
Allow for the cost of film and development of $200
    3.
Allow for the purchase of computer supplies (cartridges, photo paper, etc.) $100.
Total budget allocation requested is $400.
