Description of work, which was commenced July 30» 1953* and was completed February 19, 195^* is as follows; Constructed 530 LF of 8» and 2983 LF of 6tt cast iron water mains. The cost of construction of water mains, pursuant to provisions of Agreement ,fl 8L*D. 2?01, is the agreed sum of |ll,8hO.OC, which should be capitalized and is subject to refund. In addition, the Subdivider constructed 16 LF of 6B fir© hydrant connections at & cost of Cl 50.GO, which amount should be capitalized as a donation and is not subject to refund.
