The estimated amount of such donation which will be charged to the investment account of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company during the peri­od, September 1, 1952, to July 1, 1954, is $23,233.79. (2) The amendments to the Original Escrow Instruc­tions herein made are made upon the condition that on Ju­ly 1, 1954, you have completed the transfer of the Las Ve­gas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District and have paid the Preliminary Purchase Price of $2,299*029.64 to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company by carrying out the provisions of Paragraphs IV and VI of the Original Escrow Instructions as herein amended, and the terms of the Original Escrow Instructions have oth­erwise been complied with. If you have not carried out all of the provisions of Paragraphs IV and VI of the 0- riginal Escrow Instructions as herein amended on July 1, 1954, the amendments to the Original Escrow Instructions herein made shall be of no force and effect and shall be disregarded by you in carrying out the terms of said es­crow.
