Woitishek and pointed out to him that there wae no use in hi# paying rental on a slta he wae not usings and besides we badly needed, the frontage for other ship­ments. x Hr. Woitishek explained that he had an invest­ment ©f over #17,000 in the eesent sixer and could not remove it without eonelderable expense. He advised us he expects to employ In the near future a competent supervisor to manufacture concrete brick# and ready mix* I assume you have copy of my letter January 24, to Hr. Mams on this subject.
