A,» and S. L . Railroad Company, et al, No. 65446, Department No. 2. Mr. Cory appeared for all the defendants and has a stipulation allowing defendants twenty days after City demands an answer, in which to further appear, and on behalf of the defend­ants consented that the City might have immediate possession of the parcels involved.
