Sir: * You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for the settlement of an indebtedness incurred by you during April and June 1892, amounting to $225,00, in the open market purchase, from Indians, of 75 cords of wood, at $3.00 per cord, being required- for immediate use at your school, as stated in your letter, and as evidenced by vouchers herewith returned for file with your quarterly accounts.
