RESOLVED: That the President and Secretary be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company lease in favor of George Crouse covering the Kyle Ranch in Clark County, Nevada, for the year 1910 at an annual rental of $200.00, said lease having been approved by the Executive Committee.
