The said Philip A. Shipley, W.J. Moore, Jr., and Ballard Barron, warrant that they are the owner of the said six (6) inch water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that they will at all times here­after defend the title to the same against any and all persons law­fully claiming or to claim the same. .IN WITNESS WHEREOF, PHILIP A.
