WHEREAS, the Subdivider has agreed to construct 3,300 linear feet of additional water main to serve Bonanza Village Tract in location indicated by red lines on map attached hereto marked "Exhibit B" and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to install at its e x ­pense, a connection to the water main to be constructed b y the Subdivider under this agreement and will allow Subdivider certain refunds of cost for portion of w a t e r main constructed by Subdivider in accordance with Rule 9-A on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada, approved January 16, 1940: AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE I Subdivider agrees: 1.
