Silver [not legible] Mine Notice - on the undersigned do hereby Locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purpose on this Lead Lode or Ledge as Deposit of SIlver hearing [not legible] K and [not legible] to be Known and described as the SIlver Legion Mine commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running Easterly 750 feet thence 750 feet westerly from said monument on and along said Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver bearing rock and are and including 300 feet on each side there [not legible] for mining and working purposes, we claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the Laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada said mine is situated one and one half mile west of [not legible] camp and two mile South of [not legible] springs Dated March 30th 1880 Locators John L.
