of approximately 936 ft. of cast iron water main, to serve Block 2, Amended Church Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, which block is being subdivided by Thomas T. Beam; consideration $1,170, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"L.D. 2295, dated August 12, 1949, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Thomas T. Beam, called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $3606, estimated cost of approximately 936 ft. of 6" cast iron water main to serve Block 2, Church Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Block 2 taking water from said water main for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of said line; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5033, dated August 18, 1949, conveying to A. E. Cahlan 35,106 sq. ft. of land, together with 100 ft. of spur track thereon, located on Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: -5-
