Bailey In approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Authority for Expenditure W.O. No. 55, issued July 10, 1968 to acquire 686.4 feet of trackage con­structed by LA&SLRRCo. for Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to serve EMC Corporation, also 107 feet of industry track from HB to property line, which was paid for by industry and will be owned but not cap­italized by Las Vegas Land and Water Company. This trackage was constructed by LA&SLRRCo. under LA&SLRRCo. W. 0. 41070, in connection with sale to FMC Corporation in Handorf Industrial District No. 2, and Work Order is made to include in Capital Account construction costs.
