However X am note sure that iron-clad instruction to this effect should be Issued because in some locations the easement is only 10* wide* Another thought to be considered is 1$ Defense Housing Projects the plumbers sometime# lay the sever laterals inside the proper y lines in the a&s© ditch air'-the water service lines, and there is as much halted of oontiminstlon there as there is on public property where mains are laid* Will appreciate the benefit of your advice with return of the attached* A.
