Fourteenth: That said grantee s h a ll not s e l l , tra n s fe r, or assign th is perm it, or any o f the rig h ts or p r iv ile g e s granted thereby, now s h a ll any in te r e s t th drein , nor any r ig h t or p r iv ile g e thereunder, be in whole or in part given , granted, tra n sferred , sold , assigned, or otherwise disposed o f by said grantee without the consent in w r itin g o f the Board o f Harbor Commissioners.
