To serve the property fronting on Rexford Drive between Oakey Boulevard and Canosa Avenue, on Ellen Way, Barbara Way and Canosa Avenue between Rexford Drive and Beverly Way, will require installation of 3520 LF of 6” cast iron water main at an estimated cost of ^1^0.50, which amount pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9 will be subject to refund. City authorities advise it will be necessary to install five fire hydrants to provide adequate fire protection for the portion of the
