Dear Sir: Mr. Nutt'3 joint letter of October 9th, and your Ro, 1915 of Oct. 10th enclosing correspondence and Porra 30, Los Angeles Division Ro. 5-1063, covering a bean warehouse and equipment erected at Hartville, Calif, for the C. C. Collins Company, amounting to $5,972.19, for which the Collins Company will pay rental of 6% of the cost of the building and 10^ of the machinery, the lease to run for a period of ten years with an option to purchase* I have approved the above form, and same is returned herewith along with correspondence which accompanied your letter.
