Pictured left to right are Arturo Cambeiro, the first President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce (1967-79), Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, Bill Briare (standing), and Governor of the State of Nevada, Mike O'Callaghan. The photograph documents one of the earliest meetings of the newly formed Latin Chamber of Commerce of Nevada with important elected officials.
