Mrs. Ralph Armstrong, membership chairman of the Rosa de Lima Auxiliary (St. Rose Dominican Hospital), hands Governor Grant Sawyer a piece of paper as he comes down the stairs (from what looks like an airplane). Inscription with photo reads: "First in and bought first ticket to 2nd annual Rose de Lema."
