The east lin e o f Highland Park Subdivision is lo ca ted approximately A00 fe e t west o f our nearest main in Shadow Line, The tra c t containing about 25 acres was subdivided approximately twenty years ago in to 30A 25* lo t s , and we are advised that when the lo t s were sold the purchasers acquired an in te r e s t in the Highland Park water a ssocia tio n which operated a water w e ll to serve the Subdivision, The Tract is not provided w ith sewers, and under present c it y ordinances a perm it fo r construction o f new homes w i l l not be Issued where sewer is not provided unless the home s it e contains at le a s t on e-half acre.
