AS a result of the handling in this office of Railroad attars &» briefly outlined above, I have in this office an noumlatlon of files &ni correspondence covering Railroad matters entioned above which occupy & five-drawer is ©tel filing case which should be disposed of prior to the time this office is discontinued and the Stiff Company turned, over to the Water District, which x understand will be on July 1, lf§&* u ’ Will you pleat's advise as quickly ss possible what disposition should be made of the records referred to shove.
