NQ. 1 0 3 4 f WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has subdivided a tract of land located in the West half of Government Lot III of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 21 S., Range 6l E . , M . D . B . & M . , in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, into a subdi­vision called Charleston Square Tract 1 the plat of which is on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats, page 66, Clark County, Nevada, Records, and has made application to the Com­pany to extend its water mains a distance of approximately 2570 feet into said Subdivision and along Charleston Boulevard Chapman Drive, Thelma Lane and Sixteenth Street therein the * size of said water mains and the location thereof to be*as in­dicated in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit nA M and made a part hereof, for the purpose of furnishing the Lots in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, of said Charleston Square Tract 1, with water; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said exten­sion in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 18, 1940; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for, is #6509.00. 1. To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution of this agreement, the sum of Sixty-five hundred nine and no/100 (#6509.00) Dollars. AGREEMENT ARTICLE I. Subdivider agrees:
