No. 23) Issued December 28, 1965 for authority for appropriation of $36,250.00, required in connection with constructing 1784 ft. of 15n and 260 ft. of 10w sanitary sewer pipeline east of Turnbull Canyon Road, in City of Industry, California, required to provide sewer service to Challenge-Cook Bros. Inc., and future industrial property at this location, Las Vegas Land and Water Company to pay 52% of the cost, Audrey Backus to pay 28%, and Mann Brothers to pay 20%, of total cost of installation, the amount of $8,399.00 to be reim­bursed in sale price of land.
