providing* > 1 - Owners at their expense, to furnish necessary materials, labor and equipment to construct approximately 185 feet of 6" cast iron water mains, near Bruce St. and Fremont Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada, to serve Purple Sage Motel; 2 - Company to refund to Owners at monthly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from Owners for service to said Purple Sage Motel, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until the Owners have been repaid agreed-upon sum of $852.50, whichever first occurs; 3 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Owners to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains; 5 - Owners to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "n ’’L.D. 2633, dated November 28, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company", and Madsen Construction Corporation, called "Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $18,160.00, estimated cost of installing approximately 120 lin. ft. of 8" and 3380 lin. ft. of 6" cast iron water main (together with 70 lin. ft. of 6" fire hydrant connections), to serve Blocks 2, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 1 and Block 6 of Tract No. 2, Boulder Dam Homesites Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at monthly intervals 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Blocks 2, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 1 and Block 6 of Tract No. 2, taking water from the water main so installed, for period of ten years from date of com­pletion of said installation, or until Sub­divider has been repaid the actual cost of -5-
