    Keeping the children under close personal supervision. The next best thing to complete and distant separation in my opinion is continued and uninterrupted attendance at school. Because I hold opinions as above and because of the following reasons. I have the honor to respectfully suggest that I be permitted to keep at one school during the vacation at least 50 of the pupils now in attendance.
