paid under the provisions of this Section 7 , the title to said new pipe lines constructed by Union Pacific pursuant to the pro­visions of Section 3 hereof shall remain in Union Pacific, So long as the District shall continue to make the monthly payments provided for in this section* the District shall have the right to poasess and use the said new pipe lines. During all the time the District shall be in possession of and use said new pipe lines* the District shall at its sole cost and expense maintain said new pipe lines in accordance with sound engineering practice. When the Dis­trict shall have paid in full to the Union Pacific the amounts re­quired to be paid under the provisions of this Section 7* Union Pacific shall convey said new pipe lines to the District. Section 8 . The union Pacific agrees that on or prior to the sale date it will grant to the District* by separate documents* an easement or easements fifteen (1 5 ) feet in width* except as hereinafter noted, for the construction* maintenance and operation of pipe lines for the conveyance of water in the following locations shown in solid red line on said Sxhlbit **A-ln. (a) Between points S* T and U; (b) Between points D and MHj (c) Between points 1* F and Oj (d) Between points F and 1 , and K and J| (e) Between points K and It? 20 feet in width? (f) Between points L and 0* and N and pj (g) Between points JJ and Qj (h) Between points R and ?l (i) Between points SS and TT, In the event the District shall construct aew pipe lines upon the property of Uhion Pacific in locations referred to in sub-paragraph (a) of Section 2 hereof* Union Pacific, upon the request of the District* shall grant to the District* by separate documents* an easement or easements fifteen (1 5 ) feet in width for the con­struction* maintenance and operation of pipe lines for the conveyance -8-
