No. 27609-2, dated November 9, 1950, conveying to O ’Keefe & Merritt Co. Lots 67, 68, 69 and 70 in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, Calif.; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement MNWL.D. 2420, dated November 13, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construc­tion and laying of approximately 2250 feet of 6” and 8” cast iron water main to serve Block 1, Tract 2, Paradise Village, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2812.50, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
