"Subdivider", which agreement is identified as being Las Vegas Land and Water Company *N*L«D. 2135, Audit Number 10475, wherein the company agreed that on certain conditions it would complete the installation of water mains a dis­tance of approximately 700 feet through Block 9 of Mayfair Tract #2, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats at page 47, Clark County, Nevada Records; And wherein the Subdivider agreed to pay to the Company the actual cost of the installation of said water mains; And wherein the Company agreed to pay to the Subdivider at mnirhhiy intervals fifty per cent of the monthly revenue received by it from customers taking water from said mains in said Block 9 of said Subdivision, for a per­iod of ten yews from the date of the completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line, so advanced by him, whichever occurs first; And whereas the Subdivider did pay to the Company the total cost of installing said water mains; And whereas the Subdivider desires to assign to REUBEN SHECETOR, an individual residing at 343 North 10th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, all moneys to be paid from and after January 1, 1949, by the Company to the Subdivider as in said agreement provided: - 1 -
