Sale of lots 30 and 31, block 4, lots 6 and 7 block 13. ilHi Los Angeles, March 21, 1911. Mr. W. H. Bancroft, Salt lake City, Utah. “q-' Mr. J. Ross Clark, Los Angeles, Cal. Executive Committee. Gentlemen*.- Our agent at Las Vegas asks whether the company will sell for cash, lots 30 and 31 in block 4 for f600.00 each, and also lots 6 and 7 in block 13 at §600.00 each, and also asks whether the company would be willing to sell these lots at the same price for one-quarter cash and the balance on payments with 8$ interest, and whether such a sale can be made to any on# other than an employe. While Mr.Bracken’s letter reads it may be that it was intended to read 6$, as that is the rate of per cent that has always been used on these agreements. All of the lots referred to were appraised March 20,1908 at $400.00 each. The lots in block 4 are nearly across the street from those in block 13, all the lots being located on First street in the second block south of Freemont Street. It appears to me that $600.00 is a fair price for these lots. Do you approve of the sale being made at price named, and if so, can sale be made on payments? Yours truly, Vice Brest.and Auditor
