I agree.eon y Los Angeles, March 7, 1919 - me 2222 Mr. Walter B. Bracken, Vice-President & Agent Las Vegas, Hevada. Bear Sir Referring to your letter of February 20th, enclosing list of Las Vegas Land and Water Co., lots in Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, giving number of lots and blocks, prices authorised March 20, 1908, April 1, 1911, and again on June 1, 1914; also proposed reduction in prices as of March 1, 1919. I furnished Mr. Farrell a copy of your letter, also a copy of the statement referred. Me agreis with me approving of the reduced prices as of March 1, 1919, and this will he your authority to proceed to sell on this basis. Mr. Farrell says in his letter to me: Will ask you to keep this in mind. However, we are both quite accept part payment, balance to be paid in a reasonable time with interest on deferred payments at the rate of say 6>. However, whin there is an opportunity to get all cash, we would like "I assume Mr. Bracken will watch the situation closely, and if conditions improve, or for other reasons higher prices can be secured, he will avail of the opportunity." anxious to dispose of the lots if there is a market for them.
