7. That 30 days be allowed to pay all license fees before the same is delinquent. We also suggest mandatory revocation of the license if not paid within 30 days, and a 10% penalty for reinstatement of license. The Commission requested that an ordinance be prepared and presented to the Board for consideration. There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. APPROVED: Mayor ATTEST: City Clerk
