I have discussed this matter with Chairman Allard and we are of the opinion that for & private pool of this size the charge should not exceed $10 per month. And it might be proper that a smaller charge than that be made. This charge would be made only during the months that the swimming pool is in use* unless* however* it Is in use All the year round.
