On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering rider, N.L.D. 577, dated August 5, 1939, extending term of lease, Audit No. 9929, covering signboard site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, from August 1, 1939, to and including July 31, 1940; rental #22.50 per annum, payable in advance; said lease being subject to termination by lessor upon 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering rider, C. L. D. #2677, dated August 21,. 1939, terminating effective August 15, 1939, lease agreement Audit No.. 9899, dated February 1, 1938, expiring January 31, 1940, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and C., J.. Lehman, doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of Lehman's Steam­ship Agency, Lessee, covering premises (ground floor store­room and basement space underneath the same) at 610 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, California;, rental #225 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, N. L. D. 590, dated August 26, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water -.18-
