Said GRANDVIEW WATER COMPANY, INC., does hereby sur­render up all of its right under that certain Agreement, dated May 21, 1929, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and Grandview Water Company, Inc., the same being Contract Audit No, 7221, Contract Department No. 15677, under which said Las Vegas Land and Water Company agreed to sell water to Grand­view Water Company, Inc.
