Apr. 20, 1918 Mr. Wilfred Watkins, c-o Dr. J. R. Renaker, Room 1208, 412 West 6th St., Los Angeles, Calif. Dear sir; Acknowledging your inquiry of the 13th inst., we wish to say that you have been correctly informed, as to preparing to handle custom ores, and we expect to commence doing custom work about the first of next month. Our treatment rates will vary according to the grade and character of the ore, since oxidized ores are easier to treat that sulphide ores, and it is possible to obtain a higher extraction from gold ores than from silver ores. Until we are acquainted with the nature of the "Mineral Farm" ore, it will be impossible to quote you any rates. The writer, however, will endeavor to visit the property shortly. Very truly yours, Techatticup Mine , by Supt.
