The entire production costs for a live television show and the video taping for syndicated distribu- tion of this show. B. The cost of entertainment, music and all contingent dues, fees and welfare funds for entertainers' unions.?· C. The arrangements, construction and labor for all sets and costs in connection with presenting the actual show and video taping. D. The organization, planning and cost of transporting the guests and luggage to and from the Sands. 3. It is understood that the Hughes Sports Network is to video tape the show. A. I don't believe we have to worry about audio or video credits, and these will be worked out verbally with the network. B. The costs of construction, production and any other expenses contingent upon video taping this show shall be born by either the City of Hope or the Hughes Sports Network, and any questions shall be determined by management of Hughes-Nevada Operations.
