Dear Sirs Tour letter January 29th, file 1-7554, to Mr. Ashby, transmitting for execution contract with Bilteore Homes, for installation of water mains. Biltmore Homes now make application for installation of water mains in the second unit, under a similar arrangement. this will include 40 houses immediately north of their original unit and 1 attach an estimate of cost. Tou will note 1800 ft. of 8* pipe Is to be installed and this comes well within the provisions of Rule 9-0. 1 am asking the General Attorney, with copy of this letter, to draw usual form of agree­ment and transmit to Mr. Bennett for approval as to form. After execution by applicants I will transmit to you for further handling.
