V (b) t© construct a 24-inch pipe in the location shown in broken red. and white line between points marked K and E on Exhibit HA* and an £-inch pipe line in location shown in broken red and white lines be­tween points marked Y and D on Exhibit ^Aw, it being understood that unless the parties can agree on the type of said 24-ineh and 3-ineh pipe lines within ninety (9©) days after such written notice, Union Pacific shall construct such pipe lines pursuant to good engineering practice and of the approiriinstp ca-pacity hereinabove mentionedK 11 * < (c) to relocate the pumping station now locat­ed at point HH to a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit near point R. (d) When the said new pipe lines have been con­structed and the said pumping station relocated as provided in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) hereof, Union Pacific shall have the right to connect the said pipe lines with the existing transmission fa­cilities of the District so as to render unneces­sary the use of the pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines between points marked A and K, A and E„ and R and HH* When said new pipe lines shall have been connected into the transmission system of the District, the Union Pacific shall have the right to disconnect from said transmission system and to re­move the said pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines between points marked A and K, A and E, and R and HH* Union Pacific shall credit the salvage value, if any, of the material removed, less the cost ©^disposing of the same, 5.
