Herewith li3t of original documents to be delivered to the district on the sale date pursuant to the provisions of Exhibit "GH attached to the agreement between the Railroads, the Water Company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District dated June 1, 1953. These documents are being forwarded to you under separate cover by Railway Express today. Those documents listed on pages 11 and 12 of the list if-attached to Mr. Bates' letter of April 1, 1954 and referred to ||| in fourth paragraph of Mr. Bennett's letter of May 12, 1954, are being retained, pending further advice from Mr. Bennett as to when they should be forwarded to you. Will you please advise in due course, list of construc­tion contracts that should be forwarded to you for delivery to |the District as per item 1(b) of Exhibit "Q^, R. M.
