On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Consent to Assignment (dated August 4, 1952, effective July 13, 1952), by Moapa Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Assignor, to Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Assignee, of lease agreement Audit No. 10294 (NLD No. 1108), dated November 16, 1944, expiring September 14, 1964, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Moapa Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lessee, covering lease of Old Fort Site, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
