n the Interruption of water service t© customers ana the distribution of water to areas then being served by said water pip# lines. If any water pipe lines and appurtenances shall have been ! installed in the easement strip in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the First Parties, their successors and assigns, shall bear the expense of any additional reinforcement, relocation or replacement of said water pipe lines and appurtenances which may thereafter be required to protect said water pipe lines by reason of the construction of new railroad tracks or railroad operating facilities or change of grade of existing railroad tracks or rail-road operating facilities over or under said water pipe lines. At the request and expense of the First Parties, their successors or assigns, the Second Party, its successors or assigns, shall hereafter free* time to time relocate all or any portion of the water pipe lines then maintained under and along said easement atrip to another easement strip of the same width which shall be granted without coat to the Second Party, Its successors or assigns, subject to the same terms and conditions as herein contained, and provided that such relocation can be made without preventing the use of said pipe lines for the conveyance of water to the areas and facilities then being served by said pipe lines. The First Parties reserve the right to themselves, their successors and assigns, to use and to permit others to use the land above described for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement hereby granted. 5 .
